　A person who intends to submit a proposal must be confirmed that all of the following conditions are met and that they are eligible to submit a proposal.

(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

(2)Being a person whose registration is approved in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to articles, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above list is being applied for the above list at the time of submission of the application form for participation, and registration is completed by the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.

(3)Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, on any day between the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal form to the specific date of the contract candidate.

(4)A person who has a track record of such work or a similar business.

[Notice Concerning Participation]
　Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been granted the proposal qualification and those who have not been accepted will be notified of that fact and the reason thereof by the proposal qualification confirmation result notification.
　Notifications will be sent via e-mail.

[Submission of Proposal]
　We will issue a proposal-related document submission request form to those who have been approved for proposal qualification, along with a proposal qualification confirmation result notice. Please submit the proposal based on the guidelines for preparing the proposal.
　Delivery will be made by e-mail.
