１	Being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and be a person who has the qualifications stipulated in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
２	On any day between the deadline for submitting the bid participation intention application form to the date of determining the successful bidder, measures for suspension of general competition participation and nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Stop Being a person who does not.
３	In the Yokohama City Qualified Person List, the event of the registered event [Worker Dispatching Business] must be registered in the first place.
４	A person who satisfies the following (a) and (b) bid participation qualifications: 　(a) Being able to confirm that the worker dispatch business license is valid during the performance period. 　(b) A person who has a national qualification as a nurse.
５	Being a small business in the city.
