A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and be confirmed to be eligible for bid participation.
(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)In the Reiwamoto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles / Consignment, etc.), "Detailed E: Computer input / output / printing processing" and "Consignment of office work / business" of "Detailed A: Enclosure / Sealing" must be registered.
(3)Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from February 6, 2021 to the opening date.
(4)A person who has been certified by the Japan Information Economy and Social Promotion Association for the Privacy Mark (JISQ15001).
