From the date of public notice until 5:00 pm on Friday, July 3 (must arrive)

• We will confirm the proposal qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 2) regardless of qualification. In addition, if we can confirm that you have the proposal qualification, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 3).
• Notification will be made by Wednesday, July 8, 2020.
• The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Yokohama-shi child youth bureau youth upbringing section by 5:00 pm five days after except city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi received document.
• If you want to withdraw your proposal after submitting an application form for participation, please submit a withdrawal form (Form 5).

• All printed on one side.
• Documents other than the prescribed format will not be accepted.
• Except for Form 6-1, do not list any company name or other information that can be identified by a glance, such as company name.
• Please describe your ideas in an easy-to-understand and concise manner regarding the proposal. Image diagrams, illustrations, etc. are allowed.
• The ruled frame may be enlarged or reduced, but please take a margin of 10 mm or more on the outer perimeter and put it in the prescribed format. Except for notes, etc., in principle, characters should be about 11 points or more, and should be described as concisely in an easy-to-read expression as possible.
• Multicolor printing is acceptable, but monochrome copying is made, so please consider the ease of viewing.
