If you have any questions about the contents of these guidelines, please submit a questionnaire (Form 4) as follows. The content of the question and answer will be notified to everyone who has confirmed that they qualify for the proposal. If you do not have any questions, you do not need to submit a questionnaire.

[Notice Concerning Participation]
Confirm that the person who submitted the application form for participation satisfies the qualification of the proposer, and issue a notification of the proposal qualification confirmation result to all applicants who intend to participate. If it is confirmed that you have a proposal qualification, a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 3) will also be issued.

2. Others
Applicants who have been notified that the proposal has not been granted may request written in writing an explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we assume that document must be submitted to participation intention application form presentation destination by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing day from the day after Motoichi sent notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.

・If you bring your own, please contact us in advance and hand it to the staff at the International Affairs Bureau Policy General Affairs Division (Kannai Arai Building 3F) between 9:00 am and noon on weekdays and from 1 pm to 5 pm.

At the time of submitting a proposal, submit materials within the validity period as materials showing the status of “work-life balance initiatives” in the proposal evaluation criteria. If this is not applicable, you do not need to submit materials.
