[Notice Concerning Participation]
Confirm that the person who submitted the application form for participation satisfies the qualification of the proposer, and issue a notification of the proposal qualification confirmation result to all applicants who intend to participate. If it is confirmed that you have a proposal qualification, a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 3) will also be issued.

Applicants who have been notified that the proposal has not been granted may request written in writing an explanation of why the proposal was not accepted.
