１．Register "Various Survey Planning B Consulting Services (excluding construction consulting, etc.)" in the second place or higher in the "Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.)" in the second place.
２．In the period from FY2014 to FY2018, five or more contracts have been commissioned by the Japanese government or government agencies for overseas infrastructure exports or the Business Feasibility Study (FS) on overseas infrastructure projects conducted by the Japanese government or government agencies.
３．Those who have not received suspension measures under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension and Nomination Suspension (April 1, 2004)" from the deadline for submission of the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
４．Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).

[Notice Concerning Participation]
Among those who have submitted the application for participation, those who have been qualified for the proposal and those who have not been accepted will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor.

By noon on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, e-mail and ship.
２．Others
Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.

[Lending of related materials]
To those who have been approved for proposal, we will lend one copy of the report on "Project Formation and Commercialization Support Business Utilizing Technology and Products of Yokohama City Companies in FY2018 Y-PORT Center" on paper. Lending materials shall be returned together with the proposal.
