[Notice Concerning Participation]
Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been granted the proposal qualification or who have not been accepted will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor.

Contact by e-mail by noon on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.
2. Others
Applicants who have been notified that the proposal has not been granted may request written in writing an explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we assume that document must be submitted to participation intention application form presentation destination by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing day from the day after Motoichi sent notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
