[Notice Concerning Participation]
Of those who have submitted the application for intention to participate, those who have been approved and those who have not been approved will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor.

Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for proposal may request in writing an explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, it is said that the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the closing date of the city hall, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
