4.How to answer
　　We will respond by e-mail etc. by Wednesday, January 29, 2020.

・For those who have submitted the application form for participation (Guideline-1), those who have been qualified for the proposal or who have not been accepted, indicate so and the reason therefor.
　Notification will be made by the proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Guideline-2). In addition, if it is confirmed that you have a proposal qualification, you must also submit a proposal.
　We will send you a request form (Guideline-3) to you.
・This notice will be sent by Friday, January 17, 2020.
・Applicants who have received a notification that they did not qualify for a proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted.
　In addition, document is counted from the day after Motoichi sent notice, and until 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall opening agency day.
　You have to submit it.
・Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall opening agency date, starting from the day following the day on which the above documents were received.
