In order to reduce suicide of young people, we will utilize the Internet based on the characteristics of young people and understand the psychological characteristics of those who think about suicide, consultation support that citizens are easy to connect, backgrounds and factors of suicide are various In order to build a system that provides information to solve the issues that citizens have, we outsource the work as follows.

All of the following conditions shall be met.
(1)Being an organization with a legal personality.
(2)Being a person registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles and Consignment Related). (However, it has not been registered yet, but at the time of submitting the application form, you have applied for registration of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles / consignment relations) and the date of identifying the contract candidate (Including those who are expected to be completed by then.)
(3)Person who has not received nomination suspension according to rule of measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension from deadline of presentation of participation intention application form to specific day of contract candidate.
(4)Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
