Formulate a “Comprehensive Community Care Promotion Strategy” (hereinafter referred to as “Strategy”) that summarizes methods to effectively and efficiently promote publicity and enlightenment of the Yokohama-type comprehensive community care system, and specific measures for the implementation of the strategy. For the purpose of creating and supporting the implementation of the “Community-based Comprehensive Care Promotion Execution Plan” (hereinafter referred to as “Execution Plan”).

Anyone who intends to participate in this proposal shall meet one of the following requirements (1) and (2) and (3).
(1)As a result of examination by rule of Yokohama-shi contract rule Article 7, it was listed in general competitive bidding participation qualified person list of qualified person of 2017, and one of the following business events that we decided to correspond to the contract Being a person who has been registered for more than one.

(2)Although it has not yet been listed in the list of qualified persons for general competitive bidding in FY2017 and FY30, the same business as (1) above, which was determined to correspond to the contract at the time of submitting the application form for participation. Must be a person who is currently applying and will complete registration by the end of FY2018.
(3)Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Measures Guidelines for Yokohama City General Competition Participation Suspension and Nomination Suspension, between the submission deadline of the proposal participation application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
