3.Main requirements of introduction plan such as the tip facilities

We seal copy of authorized application which had you enclose in receipt mark with date as soon as application documents arrive and will reply with self-addressed envelope. Including case that the application deadline of subsidy is near in it taking about one week before reply when issuance of documents is necessary early, please consult.

In that case, there is tax practice report to receive special measures of property tax by submitting written oath modifying copying and the tip facilities of industrial meeting certificate to Economic Affairs Bureau manufacturing support section after plan authorization by levy date (January 1) of property tax. Submission of certificate of industrial meeting is necessary for tax practice report separately.

9.Change application after plan authorization

When the tip facilities authorized by the additional acquisition of facilities are going to change introduction plan after the plan authorization, change application is necessary. But, in the case of slight change, change application is unnecessary. (note 1)

(note 2) Please make the tip facilities which caught authorization in form to revise introduction plan. About change, postscript part, please underline to be easy to understand the change. In addition, please revise aim when you introduce facilities additionally so that growth rate of labor productivity rises than plan before change.

10. Point to keep in mind

  • When documents which had you apply do not have defects, we almost issue authorized book by around two weeks.
  • After the plan authorization, we may carry out questionary survey to grasp progress of introduction plan such as the tip facilities.
  • As it is necessary to receive plan change authorization when change (change of facilities and the additional acquisition) occurs in plan contents, please refer.
  • As requirements that can undergo special measures of property tax are different from authorized requirements of introduction plan such as the tip facilities, please note.
