Not many people know the work and skills of "craftsmen" who support our daily lives.
Therefore, we held the "Hama Craftsman Exhibition 2018" to make children aware of their appeal through "craftsman experience".
Please use the experience of the day for free research during summer vacation.

We sell handmade tofu products from tofu shop.
It is a real tofu product that makes use of the flavor and sweetness of soybeans.

[How to practice]
- The training is divided into groups, and the work is shared, and cooking together.
- One Yokohama Meister will provide practical training guidance for 1-2 groups.
- In addition to the training, the instructor will demonstrate "Hojicha Olive Rice" and "Consomme Soup" and sample it.
Quiz & Stamp Rally
This is a quiz and stamp rally about the work of craftsmen.
Quiz & Stamp Rally forms are distributed at the venue.
A prize will be given to the first 300 people who scored.
