Areas where advertising materials cannot be installed (prohibited areas, etc.)
1 First-class low-rise residential area and second-class low-rise residential area
Of restricted zones, outdoor advertising materials cannot be installed in the first-class low-rise residential area and the second-class low-rise residential area.
In addition, when we correspond to any of the following, we can install after receiving permission.
- Advertisement materials that use the outer surface of ships, cars (excluding those whose main routes are highways) or advertising materials that use the outer surface of ships
- Private outdoor advertising materials (*)
- Outdoor advertising materials for management (*)
- Advertising materials, etc. with a display area of 1 square meter or less (*)
※ Excludes wall signs (displayed directly on the roof or roof) and rooftop signs.

- Advertising materials, etc., which the mayor recognizes that it cannot be clearly seen from the railway and railway area (* 2)
※1 Limited to those that do not use blinking devices and video equipment (excluding those that display only images that have been stationed for more than 15 seconds) and that do not projection advertisements (excluding those that display only images that have been stationed for 15 seconds or more) .
※2 The handling of "things that the mayor recognizes that it is clear that we cannot see from area of road, railroad or track area" is as follows.

- River area (excluding Shin-Yokohama Park area)
- Kaino Park, Kanazawa-ku, a part of Shibamachi, part of Teramae 2-chome and Fukuura 3-chome
But we can install when we correspond to any of the following.
- Private outdoor advertising materials (*)
- Outdoor advertising materials for management (*)
※ Limited to those that do not use flashing devices and video devices (excluding those that display only images that have been stationed for more than 15 seconds) and that do not projection advertisements (excluding those that display only images that have been stationed for more than 15 seconds) .
