Areas where advertising materials cannot be installed (prohibited areas, etc.)
1 First-class low-rise residential area and second-class low-rise residential area
Of the restricted areas, outdoor advertising materials cannot be installed in the first-class low-rise residential area and the second-class low-rise residential area.
In addition, when we correspond to any of the following, we can install after receiving permission.
- Trains, automobiles (excluding those whose main routes are highway national roads and motorways) or advertising materials that use the outer surface of ships
- Private outdoor advertising materials (*)
- Outdoor advertising materials for management (*)
- Advertising materials with a display area of 1 square meter or less (*)
※ Excludes wall signs (displayed directly on the roof or rooftop) and rooftop signs.

- Outdoor advertising materials for private use (*1)
- Outdoor advertising materials for management (*1)
- Advertising materials with a display area of 1 square meter or less (* 1)
- Advertising materials (* 2) that the mayor recognizes that it cannot be clearly seen from the railway and railway areas.
※1 Those that do not use flashing devices and video devices (excluding those that display only images that have been static for more than 15 seconds) and those that do not use projection advertising materials (excluding those that display only images that have been static for more than 15 seconds) Limited.
※The handling of 2 "things that the mayor recognizes that it is clear that we cannot see from area of road, railroad or track" is as follows.
（３） Designated areas pertaining to rivers and coasts
- River area (excluding the area of Shin-Yokohama Park)
- Kanazawa-ku Sea Park, a part of Shibamachi, a part of Teramae 2-chome and Fukuura 3-chome
However, it can be installed if any of the following applies.
- Private outdoor advertising materials (*)
- Outdoor advertising materials for management (*)
※ Limited to those that do not use flashing devices and video devices (excluding those that display only images that have been static for more than 15 seconds) and those that do not use projection advertising materials (excluding those that display only images that have been static for more than 15 seconds) .
