New designation

When you want to receive designation newly as water supply equipment construction company of Yokohama-shi, please perform procedure as listed below.

2.Water supply equipment construction chief engineer to be appointed (copy of chief engineer's certificate or chief engineer's certificate)
※If you register your business office in Address, which is not listed, please attach a document that can prove the location of your businessattached documents. (lease agreement, copy of utility bill, etc.)

To the City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau Water Supply Maintenance Division

③After applying for the procedure, Water Works Bureau will check and review the documents. If there is no defect, we will mail a delivery notice of the designated fee of 10,000 yen, so please pay at a financial institution. ※After payment, please keep the receipt in a safe place so as not to destroy the receipt.

④After payment, please come to Water Works Bureau, check your income on the original receipt, and then explain the construction of water supply equipment in Yokohama City, so please come with plenty of time. (Approximately 30 minutes)

⑤The designated form will be mailed by registered mail at a later date. All procedures will be completed upon completion of shipment of the designated document.

The decision is made on the 14th from the date of application, and the applicant will be notified.
