Appointment and dismissal of chief engineer

When appointing or dismissing the chief engineer of water supply equipment construction, please perform the procedure as described below.

1. When appointing and dismissing the chief engineer of the water supply equipment construction, please notify us without delay. (Article 25-4 of the Water Supply Act)
2. If the chief engineer is missing, a new chief engineer shall be appointed within two weeks from the date on which the event occurred (Article 21-2 of the Water Supply Law Enforcement Regulations), or if a new appointment cannot be made, Please complete the abolition / suspension procedure.

3. When report of 2 mentioned above is not submitted, please be careful as it is targeted for cancellation of designation of water supply equipment construction company by rule of 11 of Water Supply Act Article 25.
