Appointment and dismissal of chief engineer

When appointing or dismissing water supply equipment construction chief engineer, please perform procedure as described below.

This system requires you to log in to the system after registering as a member (free of charge) before proceeding.

1. When a water supply equipment construction chief engineer is appointed or dismisssed, please notify us without delay. (Article 25-4 of the Water Supply Law)
2. If the chief engineer is missing, a new chief engineer shall be appointed within two weeks from the date on which the event occurred (Article 21-2 of the Water Supply Law Enforcement Regulations), or if a new appointment cannot be made, Please complete the abolition / suspension procedure.

3. If the notification of 2 above is not submitted, please note that it will be subject to cancellation of the designation of the water supply equipment construction company according to the provisions of Article 25-11 of the Water Supply Law.
