Abolition, suspension, and resumption of business

When we abolish, suspend or resume business of water supply equipment construction, please perform procedure as listed below.

Procedure

Please go through the following Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
This system requires you to log in to the system after registering as a member (free of charge) before proceeding.
If you are using the service for the first time, access from the link below, select "New Registration" at the top right of the page, register as a member, log in and start the procedure.

Precautions

  • In the case of abolition or suspension, please submit the above application documents within 30 days from the date of the event, and within 10 days in the case of resumption.
    If you cannot submit by the deadline, please enclose a separate “Reason for Delay”. (It doesn't matter how.)
  • If a report of abolition and suspension is not submitted, or if a false report is made, according to the provisions of Article 25-11 of the Water Supply Law.
    Please note that it is subject to cancellation of designation of water supply equipment construction company.
    Please note that if you receive a cancellation, you will not be able to receive a new designation for two years from the date of disposal.
