Abolition, suspension, and resumption of business

When you abolish, suspend or resume business of water supply equipment construction, please perform procedure as described below.

Method of Procedure

Please apply from the following Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
Please note that this system requires you to log in to the system after registering as a member (free) before proceeding.
If you are using for the first time, please access from the link below, select "New Registration" at the top right of the page, log in after registering as a member, and start the procedure.

Notes

  • In the case of abolition or suspension, please submit the above application documents within 30 days from the date of the event, and in the case of resumption, within 10 days.
    If you cannot submit by the deadline, please enclose a separate “Reason for Delay”. (No matter the style.)
  • When notification of abolition and suspension is not submitted, or when false notification is made, according to the provisions of Article 25-11 of the Water Supply Act,
    Please note that it is subject to cancellation of designation of water supply equipment construction company.
    Please note that if you cancel, you will not be able to receive a new designation for two years from the date of disposal. .
