Changes in specified items

When there is change in designated matter of designated water supply equipment construction company, please perform procedure as described below.

This system requires you to log in to the system after registering as a member (free of charge) before proceeding.
If you are using the service for the first time, access from the link below, select "New Registration" at the top right of the page, register as a member, log in and start the procedure.

• Please submit the above application documents within 30 days from the date on which the event occurred.
  If you cannot submit it by the deadline, please enclose a separate “Reason for Delay” in attached documents. (It doesn't matter how.)
• If a notification of change is not submitted or a false report is made, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25-11 of the Water Supply Law.
  Please note that it is subject to cancellation of designation of water supply equipment construction company.
  Please note that if you receive a cancellation, you will not be able to receive a new designation for two years from the date of disposal.

In the case of organizational change or merger with another company, there may be cases where you apply for designation again after submitting a notification of abolition, or a notification may be made as a change in the designated items. Please refer to 70KB).
