2 Establishments make an implementation plan based on prior consultation and submit it to the fire department.
3 The fire department will confirm the contents and accept the submitted implementation plan.
4 After the occurrence of earthquake disasters, establishments apply to the fire department by telephone or visit the fire department according to the implementation plan.
Application by telephone or other means can be made if the Fire Bureau deems it necessary.
5 The fire department checks the contents of the implementation plan and approves it promptly.

Dangerous goods in excess of the specified quantity include storages (repositories that store or handle dangerous goods in tanks fixed to vehicles (hereinafter referred to as “mobile tank storage”).
