Electronic application for procedures related to dangerous goods
We have started accepting electronic applications for some of the dangerous goods-related procedures!
Last update date April 9, 2024
From April 1, 2024, we started electronic application using Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system about a part of dangerous goods-related procedures.
Please check the notes before using. It is also available at the counter as before.
Precautions for using electronic application
- User registration is required to use the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. After confirming the terms of use, I would like user registration from "new registration" at the top of the top page of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
※It is also possible to log in using the G biz ID. For G biz ID, please refer toDigital Agency website (outside site)Please take a look at it.
- The person in charge may contact you for confirmation of the electronic application. In addition, correction may be required depending on the result of the content confirmation.
- If you have any questions about the procedure, please contact us. If you have any questions about the system, please check the "Frequently Asked Questions" of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System, or the electronic application and notification system listed at the bottom of the top page of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System Support Center Please contact the Center.
Precautions on Payment of Application Fees
- Payment of fees by electronic application will be online payment (credit card payment or ID payment).
- The available online payments are as follows.
VISA、Master、JCB、AMEX(American Express)、Diners(Diners Club International)、PayPay、LINEPay - For online payments, a receipt will not be issued. If you need a receipt, please apply at the counter.
- Please note that online payments cannot be canceled once payment has been made.
- After receiving the application, we will check the contents and send an e-mail confirmation email. If you receive the e-mail, please check the amount of the fee listed in the e-mail, and complete the payment procedure from "My Page" of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
About duplicate copy when we filed by electronic application
If you need a copy, please contact us at the counter.
About receipt of grant materials such as permits
Grants such as permits will be handed over at the counter.
Procedure for electronic application
When we click procedure name in list, we move to Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system.
When searching for procedures to be used in the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System, enter the procedure name in the search field with "keyword search" from the procedure list and search or category of "Search by specifying conditions" Please search from "Disaster Prevention / Emergency / anti-crime program" and select the procedure to use.
