From July 31, 2024, for all dangerous goods-related procedures, electronic applications using the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System have become possible. .
Please check the notes before using. We are accepting applications at the counter as before.

Precautions for Use of Electronic Application

User registration is required to use the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. After confirming the terms of use, please register as a user from "New Registration" at the top of the top page of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.

The person in charge may contact you for confirmation of the contents of the electronic application. In addition, correction may be requested depending on the result of the content confirmation.

Notes on Payment of Application Fees

Payment of fees by electronic application will be online payment (credit card payment or ID payment).

VISA、Master、JCB、AMEX（American Express）、Diners(Diners Club International)、PayPay、LINEPay
A receipt will not be issued for online payment. If you need a receipt, please apply at the counter.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel the payment once you have paid online.
After accepting the application, we will check the contents and send you an email to confirm the fee amount. When you receive the e-mail, please check the amount of the fee listed in the e-mail and complete the payment procedure from "My Page" of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.

About duplicate when filed by electronic application

If you need a duplicate copy, please go to the counter.

Receipt of Grants such as Permits

Grants such as permits will be delivered at the counter.
