Electronic application concerning the Disaster Prevention Law for Petroleum Complexes
On April 1, 2023, we started electronic application using Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system about procedure to affect disaster prevention law such as petroleum complexes. Please check the notes, etc. before using the link below. In addition, reception at the counter is also possible as before.

Precautions for using electronic application
- User registration is required to use the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. After confirming the terms of use, I would like user registration from "new registration" at the top of the top page of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
- Fee payment by electronic application will be online payment (credit card payment or ID payment).
- The credit card payments available are VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX (American Express), and Diners (Diners Club International).
- The ID payment that can be used are PayPay and LINEPay.
- For online payments, a receipt will not be issued. If you need a receipt, you will need to pay at the bank using the payment slip issued at the City of Yokohama, Fire Bureau Security Section.
- The person in charge may contact you for confirmation of the electronic application. In addition, correction may be required depending on the result of the content confirmation.

About duplicate copy when we filed by electronic application
- In electronic application, it is not possible to reply by stamping the notification / application documents sent by data with a reception stamp. If necessary, please take measures such as saving the procedure completion email.
- If you need a duplicate stamped with the reception stamp, please complete the procedure at the counter.
About receipt of grant materials such as permits
- Grants such as permits will be handed over at the counter.
- When the procedure for issuing the grant is completed, we will contact the person in charge so please come to the office.
