Electronic application related to the Disaster Prevention Law for Petroleum Complexes
On April 1, 2023, we started electronic application using Yokohama-shi electronic application, notification system about procedure to affect disaster prevention law such as petroleum complex. Please check the notes and use it from the link below. In addition, reception at the counter is also possible as before.

Precautions for Use of Electronic Application
- User registration is required to use the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. After confirming the terms of use, please register as a user from "New Registration" at the top of the top page of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
- Fee payment by electronic application will be online payment (credit card payment or ID payment).
- Credit card payments available are VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX (American Express), and Diners (Diners Club International).
- Available ID payments are PayPay and LINEPay.
- A receipt will not be issued for online payment. If you need a receipt, you will need to pay at the bank counter using the payment slip issued at the City of Yokohama, Fire Bureau Security Section.
- The person in charge may contact you for confirmation of the contents of the electronic application. In addition, correction may be requested depending on the result of the content confirmation.

About duplicate when filed by electronic application
- In electronic application, it is not possible to reply with a seal stamped on the notification / application documents sent in data. If necessary, please take measures such as saving the procedure completion email.
- If you need a duplicate stamped with the reception stamp, please go to the counter.
Receipt of Grants such as Permits
- Grants such as permits will be delivered at the counter.
- When the procedure for issuing the grant is completed, we will contact the person in charge, so please come to the office.
