Based on the purpose of the revised Quality Assurance Law, Yokohama City is implementing work to promote the acquisition of holidays at construction sites in order to train and secure workers in the construction industry and improve the working environment. In the case of civil engineering works ordered by Port and Harbor Bureau, the method of reflecting the contract amount differs from the procedure for securing a two-day work week in Yokohama City (designated by the ordering party), the Company has established a separate “Guidelines for Implementation of City of Yokohama, Port and Harbor Bureau Civil Engineering Work (designated by the Ordering Party).

Please refer to the following link for the conditions of construction that is subject to the model construction that started on or after April 1, 2021, please refer to the following link: "About the target of the two-day work week in 2021 (designated by ordering party)" from the following link. In July 2022, the “Yokohama City Model Construction and Applied Work”, a shift system was introduced for the two-day work week (designated by the Ordering Party) in July 2022, but it has not been introduced in the “City of Yokohama, Port and Harbor Bureau Civil Engineering Work Model Construction and Application Work for Securing Two-day Work Week Work”. From 2023, we will conduct mutual confirmation on the application of two days a week, etc. using the construction meeting book.

Please refer to the following document for how to check 8 leave 4 weeks (reflected in the contract amount) and 2 days a week (reflected in the evaluation of construction work performance).
Please note that Port and Harbor Bureau Civil Engineering will evaluate the evaluation from the end of the day and until the day of the year.
Construction started on or after October 1, 2021
It is now possible to set the evaluation period to "start Monday to Sunday".

In fiscal 2021, the amendment method has been changed from the construction to which the October 2021 standard was applied.

Five job categories will be added as compensation for labor unit prices, and machine rent, common temporary construction costs, and site management fee.
