Based on the purpose of the revised Quality Assurance Act, Yokohama City has established the “Yokohama City Two-day Work Implementation Guidelines” to foster and secure workers in the construction industry and improve the working environment. In Port and Harbor Bureau, we have established and implemented a separate procedure for implementing the City of Yokohama, Port and Harbor Bureau Civil Works to secure a two-day work week (designated by the Ordering Party) for civil engineering work related to ports.

Please refer to the following materials for how to check 8 holidays for 4 weeks (reflected in the contract amount) and 2 days a week (reflected in the construction results evaluation).
Please note that Port and Harbor Bureau Civil Engineering is subject to evaluation from Saturdays and Sundays.
Starting from October 1, 2021
It is now possible to set the evaluation period to "beginning Monday to Sunday".

In fiscal 2021, the correction method has been changed from the construction to which the October 2021 standard is applied.

Five ports and harbors will be added as compensation for labor unit prices, as well as machine rent, common temporary costs, and on-site management fee.
