Provision of information on design documents with money

We provide information by e-mail about design documents containing the amount of money ordered and contracted by Port and Harbor Bureau.
Please use the following method to provide information on design documents with money.

1. Applicable design documents ※１

• Construction work

Construction ordered and contracted by Construction Section 1, Construction Section 2, and Maintenance Section (excluding construction and repair systems)
Construction and maintenance work released by the Maintenance and Maintenance Division at the door (outside site) of Yokohama Bidding

• Outsourcing

Port Management Section, Facility Management Section, Busy Promotion Section, Passenger Ship Business Promotion Section, Maintenance Promotion Section ordered and contracted through the Finance Bureau Contract Section 2.
Construction Section 1, Construction Section 2, Maintenance and Maintenance Section, Busy Promotion Section, Ship Business Promotion Section, Maintenance Promotion Section, Port Administration Section, Policy Coordination Section, Shinhonmaki Business Promotion Section, Yamashita-Futo Redevelopment Coordination Section, Logistics Planning Section, Logistics Management Section Consignment of surveying ordered and contracted by Logistics Management Section

Consignment of civil engineering design (design, inspection, etc.) ordered and contracted by the Construction Section 1, Construction Section 2, Maintenance Section, and Shinhonmoku Business Promotion Section

2. After filling out the necessary information on the application form, attach it to the e-mail and send it to the e-mail address dedicated to the design department.

3. Attach the design document (PDF) with the amount to the e-mail from the design department and reply to the sender e-mail address.

※1 Applications will be accepted after the contract for the target construction and consignment.

※2 Due to the reorganization of Port and Harbor Bureau (April 1, 2016, April 1, 2019 and April 1, 2021), the department in charge will be changed as follows:

The commissioning of surveying ordered and contracted by the Busy Promotion Section and the Passenger Ship Business Promotion Section in the past will be handled by the Maintenance Promotion Section.

For contracts that have been ordered and contracted by Section 1 in the past, the “Port Management Section” will be the section in charge.

Of the outsourcing of surveying ordered and contracted by the Policy Coordination Division in the past, those under the jurisdiction of the Shinhonmoku Business Promotion Division are subject to

The "Shinhonmoku Business Promotion Section" will be the department in charge.

About trust of management such as road, park cleaning, park green tract of land which maintenance management section ordered and contracted in the past, management of park, green tract of land, etc.

The "Facility Management Section" will be the department in charge.

Regarding the outsourcing of surveying ordered and contracted by the Conservation Management Division in the past, the “Maintenance and Maintenance Division” will be the section in charge.

Please provide information other than the design documents in the same manner as before. In addition, the provision of design documents with money can be made with conventional disclosure requests.
