Provision of information on design documents with money

We provide information on design documents that are ordered and contracted by Port and Harbor Bureau by e-mail.
Please use the following method to provide information on the design document with the amount of money.

Construction work (excluding construction and repair systems) ordered and contracted by Construction Section 1, Construction Section 2, and Maintenance Section
Building and repair work released by the Maintenance and Maintenance Division at the doorway (outside site) of Yokohama bid

• Outsourcing

The Port Administration Division, Facility Management Section, Bustling Promotion Section, Passenger Ship Business Promotion Section, and Maintenance Promotion Section ordered and contracted through the Finance Bureau Contract Section 2
Construction Section 1, Construction Section 2, Maintenance and Maintenance Section, Bustling Promotion Section, Passenger Ship Business Promotion Section, Maintenance Promotion Section, Harbor Administration Section, Policy Coordination Section, Shin-Honmaki Business Promotion Section, Yamashita-Futo Redevelopment Coordination Section, Logistics Planning Section and Logistics Management Section

2. After filling out the necessary information on the application form, attach it to an e-mail, and send it to the e-mail address dedicated to the design department.

3. Attach the design document (PDF) with the amount of money to the e-mail from the design department and reply to the sender's email address

※1 Applications will be accepted after the contract for the target construction and consignment.

※2 Due to the reorganization of the Port and Harbor Bureau (April 1, 2016, April 1, 2019 and April 1, 2021), the department in charge will be changed as follows.

The commissioning of surveys ordered and contracted in the past by the Bustling Promotion Section and the Passenger Ship Business Promotion Section will be in charge of the “Maintenance Promotion Section”.

Regarding consignments ordered and contracted in the past by the Trust Management Section 1, the “Port and Harbor Administration Section” will be the responsible section.

Of the surveys commissioned and contracted by the Policy Coordination Division in the past, those under the jurisdiction of the Shin-Honmaki Business Promotion Division are

About trust of management such as road, park cleaning, park green tract of land which maintenance management section ordered, contracted in the past

The "Facility Management Section" will be in charge of the department.

Regarding the outsourcing of surveying ordered and contracted by the Maintenance Management Division in the past, the “Maintenance and Maintenance Division” will be the responsible section.

For information other than the design documents, please follow the same procedure. In addition, a design document with an amount of money can also be provided with conventional disclosure requests.
