City of Yokohama, Port and Harbor Bureau Trial of management fee Correction (post-calculated)
Considering the climate conditions such as hot summer days in recent summer, we have decided to correct the site management fee rate for expenses related to heat stroke countermeasures at construction sites, and trials will be started from April 1, 2024 .

Construction subject to trial
In this trial, all port-related civil engineering works that fall under any of the following, it will be a trial target construction.
However, construction of the entire jurisdiction is excluded.
Scope of application
For construction whose contract date is after April 1, 2024, the contractor wishes to compensate for expenses.
Subject construction
The main construction type is outdoor work. In addition, even if the main construction type is indoor work, it can be eligible if there is no air conditioning equipment and the indoor environment is deemed to be equivalent to outdoor.
Construction work including factory production work shall be excluded from the applicable period.
