Proof of the Metropolitan Area Development Law
In order to promote the orderly development of the Tokyo metropolitan area, special taxation provisions are stipulated by the Special Taxation Measures Law for the replacement of specific land.
In this case, we provide proof of the location of the assets required (certification of inside or outside the existing urban area prescribed by the Metropolitan Area Development Law).
