What are the housing facilities in a housing complex?

Housing facilities in one complex are urban facilities defined in Article 11, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the City Planning Act.
Shiomi Daiichi When building in a residential facility in housing complex, permission under Article 53 of the City Planning Act is required.

It can be built only in the area where the color on the plan drawing (PDF: 1,128KB) is painted.
For example, hospitals can only be built in areas that are painted in light blue on the plan drawing.
