Residential facilities in a complex are urban facilities specified in Article 11, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the City Planning Act.
When building in a residential facility in Shiomidaiichi housing complex, permission under Article 53 of the City Planning Act is required.

It can be built only in the area where the color on the plan drawing (PDF: 1,128KB) is painted.
