• We established the Yokohama Living Convenience Function Guidance Low-rise Residential District Building Ordinance. In accordance with this, we have formulated a detailed explanation of each article. （R6.5.24）

　In the suburbs of Yokohama City, from the viewpoint of improving the attractiveness of suburban residential areas, aiming to form sustainable and high-value residential areas by creating "places to live, work, enjoy and interact" We established a part of the second-class low-rise residential area that enables construction of daily necessities stores, etc. based on Article 49, and regulations of buildings.

　In these ordinances, building restrictions are relaxed according to the provisions of Article 49, Paragraph 2 of the Building Standards Act, and building a relaxation use in the Yokohama Living Convenience Function Guidance Low-rise Residential Area according to the provisions of Article 50 of the Act It stipulates requirements for the site, structure and building equipment of the building.
