"Yokohama City Development Examination Committee Proposal Standards (hereinafter referred to as" Proposal Standards ") published in the "Guide to Development Permits under the City Planning Act" "has been revised in order to improve fairness and transparency based on the purpose of the law and based on the actual situation.
The new standard will come into effect on April 1, 2019.
