1 Outline of Business

Narrow roads are roads with a width of less than 4m and refers to roads used for general traffic. Narrow roads not only have traffic and environmental hygiene problems in our daily lives, but also interfere with firefighting and rescue operations in the event of a disaster such as an earthquake or fire.

According to the Building Standards Law (hereinafter referred to as the “law”), in Article 42, Paragraph 2 of the Act, if the width of the road where the site of the building touches is less than 4m, 2m from the center of the road and retreat. In Article 44 of the Law, it is stipulated that buildings (including gates and fences) must not be built for parts 2m from the center of the road.
