About target of narrow road widening maintenance business
A

Among narrow roads, site in contact with "maintenance promotion line" which Yokohama-shi appoints is narrow and is targeted for road widening maintenance business. Maintenance promotion line is road designated to constitute road network in consideration of local security and convenience based on the regulations about promotion of maintenance of narrow road of Yokohama-shi. About this, we can confirm in Yokohama-shi administrative map offer system (town development map information "i-mappie") (outside site) or "how to check maintenance promotion line". In addition, even in the case of non-maintenance promotion line, as some of the removal costs of maintenance obstacle article may be subsidized depending on condition, please refer to Building Disaster Prevention Division narrow and road charge for the details.

About exemption of narrow road widening maintenance business
A

Narrow road widening maintenance business is not applied when we correspond to any of the following.
(1) When conducting development activities with the permission prescribed in Article 29 of the City Planning Act
(2) When performing construction related to residential land development with the permission prescribed in Article 8 of the Regulation Law for Residential Land Development (excluding construction performed to maintain retreat land)
(3) When conducting a land readjustment project with the approval of Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Land Readjustment Act

(2) Power of Attorney (when delegated procedures to proxy/agent): 1 copy

(6) Current status map, survey map, etc. (drawings that understand the scope of consultation): 1 copy
(7) Consent form of consultation: 1 copy
 ※Please attach it in the following cases.
 ・Where the applicant and the landowner are different
 ・If there is another owner with the applicant and the common name
 ※I need seal.
(8) In addition, if you are registered by buying or selling, please attach a copy of the sales contract. (If there is a copy of the sales contract, a written consent form is not required.)
(9) If you have already been issued a certificate of inspection under the Regulation Law for Residential Land Development, please attach a permit drawing (creation plan floor plan, retaining wall layout).

Procedures
A

When you build a building on the site in contact with the maintenance promotion line, please submit a consultation at least 30 days before the building confirmation application. After submitting the consultation form, we will conduct a survey such as on-site surveying, but this work will take about two weeks. After that, we will discuss based on the survey results. In this consultation, we decide subsidy of removal, relocation costs such as gate, fence, retaining wall of retreat part or pavement maintenance by Yokohama-shi of retreat part.

There is no building act, but about the necessity of consultation when we want to perform retreat maintenance or when we perform pavement maintenance of previously retreated part

All of them are subject to discussion. If there is a place where the road has not been widened even though the walls are receding along the maintenance promotion line, please contact the Building Disaster Prevention Section narrow and road charge. In addition, we do not perform maintenance and are not targeted for discussion when we only buy and sell land and building.

A

The narrow road widening maintenance business is not a business that subsidizes the full amount. The subsidy unit price is determined by the maintenance items, so please refer to the subsidy list for details.

A

When paving in Yokohama City, there is no cost for the pavement.

A

If you would like to donate, please consult with the Road Bureau Road Administration Division.

Management of the retreat part
A

When paving by Yokohama-shi, we perform management of surface pavement surface and drainage facilities (gutters) in Yokohama-shi by having you submit land use consent form and pledge about retreat part.
We can download land use consent form and written oath from "style downloading".

Property tax, etc. in the retreat portion
A

About retreat site maintained by widening maintenance business, property tax and city planning tax are usually tax-exempt from the following fiscal year when landowner submits application about public road in consultation procedure You may be able to do it. For more information, please contact the Tax Division of each ward office.

Obligation of consultation
A

Consultation is required when performing procedures such as the following building confirmation applications on land in contact with the road designated as Article 42, Paragraph 2 of the Building Standards Act and maintenance promotion routes. (When performing the following procedures after October 1, 2017)

(1) Application for confirmation based on the provisions of Article 6, Paragraph 1 and Article 6-2, Paragraph 1 of the Building Standards Act (including cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis in Article 88, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the Act)
(2) Application for permission prescribed in Article 43, Paragraph 1 of the City Planning Act
(3) Application for permission prescribed in Article 44, Paragraph 1, Item 2 or Item 4 of the Building Standards Act
(4) Application for certification prescribed in Article 137-16, Item 2 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
(5) Application of permission to prescribe in 3 Clause 5 first of Yokohama-shi building standard regulations Article 4
(6) Application of permission to prescribe in regulations Article 14 about restrictions such as buildings in area of Yokohama-shi city planning

※When we come in contact with road of Building Standard Act Article 42 Clause 2 which is not appointed as maintenance promotion line, we are narrow and are not targeted for consultation mandate.

About assistance to site in contact with road except maintenance promotion line
A

Of the roads prescribed in Article 42, Paragraph 2 of the Building Standards Act, if the public-private boundary is determined on public roads by road ledger area maps, etc., it is subject to consultation based on narrow road widening maintenance projects can do. In addition, when you want discussion on the road mentioned above, please talk with Building Guidance Division about central judgment beforehand.
