General Information
Housing and Architecture Bureau operates on the 2nd, 24th and 25th floors of the City Hall.
Please refer to the Housing and Architecture Bureau Floor Guide for floor maps of each floor and the business contents of each section.
The window hours are as follows.
24th floor, 25th floor 8: 45-12: 13: 00-17: 15
2nd floor Yokohama Building Information Center 8:45 to 17:00
In addition, please cooperate so that window consultation on the 25th floor will be accepted within the next time.
From 8:45 to 11:30, from 13:00 to 16:30
Please utilize city hall parking lot (charged).
City hall parking lot is free for 60 minutes from entry for those who came to the agency for procedures, consultation, etc.
Please show your parking ticket at the counter, get a confirmation seal, and authenticate at the reception on the 3rd floor.
※Reduction of taxes at the 3rd floor city hall reception desk is from 8:30 to 17:30 on weekdays. Outside hours, we will certify at the holiday and night reception next to the 3rd floor city hall reception.
※Motorcycle parking lots and bicycle parking lots are also eligible for reduction.

The status of past building confirmation of the building can be checked by obtaining a ledger entry certificate. Ledger entry certificate certifies the items (confirmation number, total area, whether or not inspected has been issued, etc.) listed in the building confirmation application ledger for properties that have been confirmed among the properties that have received the building confirmation application. is.
