Housing and Architecture Bureau operates on the 2nd, 24th and 25th floors of the City Hall.
Please see the Housing and Architecture Bureau Floor Guide for floor maps of each floor and the duties of each department in charge.
The window hours are as follows.
24th floor, 25th floor 8: 45-12: 0013: 00-17: 15
2nd floor Yokohama Architecture Information Center 8:45-17:00
In addition, please cooperate so that window consultation on the 25th floor can be accepted within the next time.

1-2 Is there a parking lot?

Please take advantage of the city hall parking lot (paid).
City hall parking lot is free for 60 minutes from entry for those who came to the agency for procedures and consultation.
Please present your parking ticket at the counter, get a confirmation seal, and authenticate at the reception on the 3rd floor.
※Tax exemption certification at the city hall reception on the third floor is from 8:30 to 17:30 on weekdays. Outside hours, certification will be made at the holiday / night reception next to the city hall reception desk on the 3rd floor.
※Motorcycle parking lots and bicycle parking lots are also eligible for exemption.
