1 What is a Restricted Area?
A

Similar land use such as housing, commerce, and industry, is similar to each other can be protected and efficient activities can be carried out. However, if different types of land use are mixed, each other's living environment and business convenience will deteriorate.
Therefore, in city planning, cities are classified into several types, such as residential areas, commercial, and industrial areas, and these are defined as "restricted areas."

Construction work to excavate and embankment of land may not only be residential land development but also for construction work. If the location is determined, we will investigate whether there is a procedure.

4 Where should I consult about the site boundary problem (such as the fence of the next house is up to the site of the house ...)?
A

The site boundary is determined by both the owner of the adjacent land, so a third party, Yokohama City cannot intervene. It will be a civil matter, so please talk with the parties first.
