◇Renewable energy systems adopted

□Photovoltaic power generation facilities
In the house, approximately 1,000 solar panels (approximately 209kW) of solar panels are installed on the roof.
U-Dream Yokohama Tozuka is the first in Japan (*) apartment to adopt a full-scale purchase system, which sells all electricity generated by solar panels to power companies and distributes revenue from electricity sales to all households.
※In the survey period until September 28, 2012, U-Dream Tozuka will be the first in Japan for private condominiums utilizing the full-scale purchase system (fixed price purchase system for renewable energy) started in July 2012 . (Research Institute of Real Estate Economic Research, Ltd.)

◇Effect of introduction of renewable energy

About 1,000 solar panels, we plan to generate about 200,000 kilowatt hours a year. The entire amount of power generated is sold to a power company, and the division owner can receive electricity sales revenue once a year.
In addition, since 1,000 solar panels are installed almost entirely on the condominium building, the solar shielding effect prevents the rooftop from overheating, which is also effective in reducing the amount of air conditioning.

◇Other energy-saving measures

□All electrification
It is an all-electric specification that combines energy saving and safety by using eco-cute and other products.
EcoCute is economical, not only boils hot water efficiently with the heat of the air, but also uses nighttime electricity, reducing daytime power consumption. Also, in the event of a disaster, domestic water can be taken directly from the safe cock.
