About browsing of financial statements, etc. of medical corporation

Notification of financial statements (business reports, auditor audit reports) and articles of incorporation or donation acts submitted by medical corporations can be viewed in accordance with the provisions of Article 52, Paragraph 2 of the Medical Law.
A medical corporation that can be viewed
Medical corporations that have established medical institutions only in Yokohama City
Documents to be viewed
1 Financial Statements (business report, property inventory, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, report on the status of transactions with related businesses (if applicable), auditor audit report, audit report of certified public accountants, etc. (In the case of medical corporations that fall under Article 51, Paragraph 2 of the Medical Law)))
※This relates to fiscal years beginning on or after April 2007, and has been notified in the past three years.

How to browse
1 Financial Statements
(1) Visit to the agency and browse
Materials are distributed on DVD-ROM at the Yokohama City Citizen Information Center (new city hall 3rd floor). Every month, data is added (update date: 10th of every month).
During the use time (8:45 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays), it can be viewed on the PC in the center.
You can print the screen (pay) on some computers and rent DVD-ROM for 2 weeks.
You can bring your personal computer to the center and browse and copy the data (you can't lend power).
(2) Viewed by electronic application
For financial statements, etc. submitted by medical corporations, those whose settlement date is after March 31, 2022.

Applicable financial statements are only those listed in the “List of Medical Corporations that can be electronically applied” posted on the application form and materials on the electronic application page.
You can claim up to 5 applications in one application. If the settlement date is different even if it is the same corporation, please request it as multiple cases.
It will take approximately one week from billing to delivery.
In addition, it may take more than one week when applications are concentrated. Please note that in advance.

2 Articles of Incorporation or Donations
Please contact the Medical Safety Division.
Inspection of articles of incorporation or donation is carried out by the Medical Safety Division. (It is not distributed to the Yokohama City Citizen Information Center.)
