Report on the management status of medical corporations

1 Overview

 Due to the revision of the Medical Law, a new system for investigating and analyzing information on medical corporations will be enforced from August 1, 2023, and management information for each hospital and clinics established by medical corporations.

2 Target and submission time

Reporting Target: All medical corporations that open hospitals or clinics will be closed after August 2023 (the Special Taxation Measures Law) (the Act of 1957)
     No. 26) When the amount of income is calculated by applying the exception of the income calculation of social insurance medical fees pursuant to the provisions of Article 67, Paragraph 1 (Iwayu
     (In the case of “four-stage tax system”) is not applicable.)
Date of submission: Within three months after the end of each fiscal year (however, it must be audited by a certified public accountant or an audit corporation pursuant to the provisions of Article 51, Paragraph 5 of the Medical Law;
     Medical corporations that are not considered to be eligible within four months after the end of the fiscal year).

3 Report Form

Download the appropriate form from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare website.

 If the report is not subject to the application of the four-stage tax system, the fact shall be reported in Form 3.

 ※ Please be sure to submit the unlisted cell (colored) is gone.
 (If the specific contents cannot be described for any item, enter "*" and submit all pages.)
 ※ For notification of G-MIS, please download the applicable form from G-MIS.

4 Submission method

Please report using one of the following methods.
(1) Download the form from the Medical Institution Administrative Information Support System (G-MIS), fill out the form, and upload it to G-MIS
(2) Submission in writing
