About designation of nursing care institution by the Public Assistance Act
In order to provide nursing care services to social security recipients, they must be designated under the Public Assistance Act. In addition, when a change occurs in the designated establishment, applicant (corporation), etc., a report is required at the same time as the notification of the Nursing Care Insurance Law. About notification method
1 Electronic application
From January 11, 2024, reception became possible with "Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system". In the future, in principle, reports will be accepted using the "Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System".
In the case of notification using the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System, you will need to enter required items on the electronic form, so you do not need to submit documents. Details of notification
1 Deemed designation under the Public Assistance Act
Companies that have been designated by the Nursing Care Insurance Law on or after July 1, 2014 are considered to have been designated by the Public Assistance Act.
When we perform designation by the Public Assistance Act, we would like report of "welfare protection law deemed designation" to push forward office work smoothly.
In addition, when designation by the Public Assistance Act is unnecessary, please report "deemed designation decline by the Public Assistance Act".

In the above cases, when providing nursing care services to social security recipients, it is necessary to apply for a new designation under the Public Assistance Act.

3 Change
If the name or location of the establishment or corporation changes, or if the representative of the corporation or the manager of the establishment changes, it is necessary to notify the change.
4 Abolition
When the establishment abolishes the business, it is necessary to report the abolition.
However, for businesses that have been designated by the Nursing Care Insurance Law on or after July 1, 2014, and at the same time, have been designated without the Public Assistance Act, there is no abolition, so there is no need to report the abolition .
5 Suspension
When establishment suspends business, it is necessary to report suspension.
In addition, please be careful as report of suspension is necessary about company which received deemed designation by the Public Assistance Act after July, 2014.
6 Reopening
When a nursing care company that has been suspended resumes the business, it is necessary to report the resumption.
In addition, please be careful as report of resumption is necessary about company which received deemed designation by the Public Assistance Act after July, 2014.
7 Decline
When establishment receiving designation of the National Assistance Act continues designation of the Nursing Care Insurance Law, and declines only designation of the National Assistance Act, it is necessary to report decline.
8 Disposal
Businesses that have received the disposition prescribed in Article 14 of the Public Assistance Act Enforcement Regulations need to submit a notification that has been received.
However, for businesses that have been designated by the Nursing Care Insurance Law on or after July 1, 2014, and at the same time have been designated without the Public Assistance Act, there is no disposal, so there is no need to submit a notification of disposal. .

After application for designation of Nursing Care Insurance Law, please apply (submit) as soon as possible.
2 Other Notifications
Must arrive on the 10th of every month
※Electronic application is closed at 23:59 on the 10th.
※If the 10th is a closed day, it will be the next open day.
※Documents that do not arrive by the deadline will be processed in the following month.
About notification under the Nursing Care Insurance Law
In order to make various reports such as changes, abolition, suspension, etc., including the designation of designated nursing care establishments by the Public Assistance Act, the same notification by the Nursing Care Insurance Law must be made at the same time.
Please note that the contents of the report will not be reflected even if the report is made under the Public Assistance Act while the notification under the Nursing Care Insurance Law is not made.
