Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
In order to ensure stable and continuous provision of nursing care services even in the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, storms and floods, and infectious diseases, all nursing care services are required to formulate a business continuity plan (BCP), training, and training, etc. are required for all nursing care services (until March 31, 2024). Please refer to the guidelines (outside site) published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (external site).
Flow of designated update
About the flow of designated update
Establishments that expire on the designated validity period should check the "Flow of Designated Renewal Application" and perform necessary/required procedures by the deadline set for each renewal date. If you do not complete the procedure, the designated effect will be lost due to the expiration of the validity period, so please contact the person in charge of each operating corporation and make sure that you carry out the procedure.

Seminar on quality improvement
Quality improvement seminars will be held for managers and nursing care employees of community-based service establishments whose designated validity period expires.
At the seminar, we will provide lectures and group work on matters that should be grasped as a business establishment, such as various standards and labor management. This seminar is compulsory, and it is necessary to submit a “Application for Participation in a seminar to improve community-based service quality improvement seminar” in advance.

- When submitting, do not bind the documents into a flat file or clear file.
- Please keep a copy of the submitted documents as a copy.
