Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
In order to ensure that nursing care services can be provided stably and continuously even in the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, storms and floods, or infectious diseases, the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for all nursing care services was required (until March 31, 2024, efforts were required). Please refer to the guidelines (outside site) published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
Flow of specified renewal
About the flow of designated update
For business establishments that have reached the expiration date of the designated validity period, please refer to “Flow of Application for Designated Renewal” and perform the necessary/required procedures by the deadline set for each renewal date. If you do not complete the procedure, the specified effect will be lost due to the expiration of the validity period, so please contact the person in charge of each operating corporation and ensure that the procedure is performed.

Quality Improvement Seminar
We will hold a quality improvement seminar for managers of community-based service establishments and nursing care employees who have reached the expiration date of the designated validity period.
At the seminar, we will provide training and group work on matters that should be grasped as a business establishment, such as various standards and labor management. This seminar is compulsory, and it is necessary to submit a “Application for Participation in Community-based Service Quality Improvement Seminar” in advance.

- Please prepare a set of documents listed in the list of documents to be submitted by service.
- When submitting, please do not bind the documents to a flat file or clear file.
- Please keep a copy of the submitted documents as a copy.
