What is the "Aiming to be a professional care professional" project?

 By commending nursing care establishments that are actively working on independence support so that elderly people can live independently as much as possible and live their own lives, `` Create a virtuous cycle of nursing care that is friendly to everyone. Let's create it! "

What is "Everybody-friendly care"?

  • Friend to "users (elderly people)" ... As much as possible, you can live your own life (want you want).
  • Friendly to "caregivers such as family members" ... Reduce the burden of nursing care by maintaining and improving the condition of the care recipient.
  • Easy to "care employees" ... By practicing independence support, you can get a sense of fulfillment and fulfillment.
  • Easy to "business establishments" ... Trusted by users, etc., and can establish care workers and secure human resources.

 A total of 109 business sites between FY2018 and FY2023 ※50 business sites that have been certified as business establishments that practice “care that is friendly to everyone,” and that practice more good practices. ※"Awards" was awarded. (* Some establishments that have been certified for several consecutive years are duplicated.)
 In fiscal 2020, due to the impact of COVID-19, no awards were given, and the evaluation was made to evaluate measures to prevent infectious diseases.
