What is the "Aiming for Everyone-friendly Care Professionals" project?

 By awarding nursing care establishments that are positively engaged in independence support so that the elderly can live independently as much as possible and live their own lives, `` Create a virtuous cycle of nursing care that is friendly to everyone Let's do it! "

What is "Everyone-friendly nursing care"?

  • Friend to "users (elderly people)" ... As much as possible, you can live your own (you want).
  • Friend to "caregivers such as family members" ... The burden of nursing care is reduced by maintaining and improving the condition of care recipients.
  • Friend to "care employees" ... By practicing independence support, you can get rewarding and fulfilling.
  • Friend to "business establishments" ... It is trusted by users, etc., and can secure nursing care workers and secure human resources.

 Between FY2018 and FY2023, a total of 109 business sites ※50 business establishments that practice "friendly care for everyone" are certified as establishments that practice "care for everyone" and practice many good practices. ※"Award" was awarded. (* Some establishments that have been certified for multiple consecutive years have overlapped.)
 In fiscal 2020, due to the impact of COVID-19, no awards were given, and changes were made to evaluate efforts to prevent infectious diseases.
