What is the Management Promotion Council (Nursing Care and Medical Cooperation Promotion Council)?

The Management Promotion Council (Nursing Care and Medical Cooperation Promotion Council) clarifies the contents of services provided by community-based service establishments to users, municipal staff, representatives of local residents, etc. By doing so, it is set up for the purpose of ensuring the quality of services by making the service open to the community. Businesses must hold a management promotion meeting, report on their activities, and provide opportunities to hear requests and advice. What is a person with knowledge?
