4 Accident reports of residential-type paid nursing homes
If an accident occurs in a residential-type paid nursing home, please make a report and report to Yokohama City.
(1) Scope of accident report
A. Occurrence of injuries or fatal accidents of users due to the provision of services
B. Outbreak of food poisoning, infectious diseases, and tuberculosis
C. Employees (employees) violations of laws and regulations, scandals, etc.

(2) Accident Reporting Procedure
Oh, we contact the family of the user and the home care support office in charge.

(3) Obligation of explanation to users, etc.
