About report of management information of care service company

The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) has established a new database of management information for nursing care service providers in January 2025 to understand the business situation of nursing care service providers every year and to consider appropriate support measures for various issues surrounding them.
For this reason, the nursing care service provider will report the nursing care service provider management information to the prefectural governor in charge of the location of the establishment or facility.
The target company must report nursing care service company management information such as the revenue and cost of the establishment or facility within three months after the end of each fiscal year.

Business establishments or facilities in Yokohama City that provide the following services must be reported to Kanagawa Prefecture.
　
In principle, all nursing care service providers
※However, the following are not applicable if applicable to 1-4.
①　The amount paid for nursing care services provided in the past year is 1,000,000 yen or less
②　Disasters or other justifiable reasons for not being able to report to the prefectural governor
③　Services other than the following "Target Services" (home care management guidance, etc.)
④　When one year has not elapsed from the date deemed to have been designated as medical care and facility deemed to have been designated　※１
