６．About facility maintenance grant assistance business such as community care, welfare space maintenance [primary consultation offer end]

The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has provided guidance on discussions on support projects such as disaster prevention and rehabilitation, such as group homes for the elderly with dementia, regarding the facility maintenance grant (for the primary consultation in FY2024). ※The target of the subsidy is for establishments that can complete construction by the end of March 2025.
※In order to utilize grants from the government (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), the implementation of the subsidy project must be adopted as a result of consultation with the government in order to utilize the grant from the government (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare). ８．Disposal of Property

In disposing of properties such as facilities and equipment that have been maintained with subsidies (meaning to use, transferring, exchanging, lending, providing collateral, or demolishing, etc.) , Restrictions.
In order to dispose of the property, it is necessary to obtain approval by prior application, and depending on the nature of the disposal, conditions such as partial return of the subsidy will be attached at the time of approval.
