The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare provided guidance on discussions on support projects for disaster prevention and rehabilitation, such as group homes for the elderly with dementia, regarding facility maintenance grants such as community care and welfare space maintenance (for the second consultation in FY2024). For this reason, we will accept advance entries related to the subsidy project.

※The target of the subsidy this time is establishments that can complete construction by the end of March 2025.
※The announcement time from the country is usually from mid-February to late February, but as in the previous year, the schedule, including guidance from the country, has been delayed this year. The construction period may be shorter than one month because the consultation documents will be submitted to the country based on the submitted entry form and the business will be started after the government has issued a private announcement. In addition, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare notified that the primary consultation for the fiscal 2025 budget is scheduled to begin earlier than usual (usually around April to May). Please consider entry based on the circumstances of the company, the contractor, etc.
※In order to utilize grants from the government (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), it is subject to the adoption of a plan related to the subsidy project as a result of consultation with the government. In addition, when we exceed budget, we may not be able to carry out business.
