About recruitment and selection of Yokohama-shi person with a disability group home new setting corporation in 2025

In Yokohama City, for the purpose of independence of persons with disabilities, we are systematically promoting the establishment and operation of group homes for persons with disabilities who live together in the community.
As we raise corporations to establish person with a disability group home newly in 2025 as follows, please submit business plan after confirming summary, notice matter pertaining to Yokohama-shi person with a disability group home .

(1)　Notification of intention to newly set up a group home for persons with disabilities ("Selection Implementation Guidelines for New Installation and Relocation of Yokohama City Group Home for Persons with Disabilities" (No. 1 style))
(2)　FY2025 Business Plan for New Group Homes for Persons with Disabilities and attached documents (per home)

Comprehensive examination will be conducted based on the results of the business plan and interviews with attached documents.
(1)　Main items to be confirmed at interviews
・Confirm the contents of the business plan.
・Understanding related regulations, including "Selection Guidelines for New Installation and Relocation of Yokohama City Disabled Persons Group Home", "Notes on Yokohama City Disabled Persons Group Home Installation", and "Yokohama City Disabled Persons Group Home Installation Management Guidelines".
・Understanding general services such as the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act and Ordinance of the Ministry of Operational Standards, and remuneration of group homes for persons with disabilities, which stipulate group homes for persons with disabilities. Please confirm contents of reward revision in 2024 and group instruction of Motoichi.
