Food hygiene procedures

Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division in each ward accepts the following procedures for applications and notifications. Procedures are being carried out at Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division in the ward where the facilities are located (to be opened in the future), so please contact the relevant ward's Health Sanitation Division.

| Notification of closure of food-related business | Procedure when closing food-related business. We accept in Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (outside site) or Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division of ward. Procedures by downloading the style and electronic application can be done from the notification of closure of food-related business (outside site). In addition, after applying for and submitting a business license using the national system, procedures can be performed from the food hygiene application system (external site). |
