About this e-learning

With the revision of the Food Sanitation Law, in principle, all food and other businesses are obliged to manage hygiene in accordance with HACCP.
In Yokohama City, "I don't know what to start," "I tried it, but I'm worried about how I can continue well."…For those who have any questions or concerns about HACCP, we offer e-learning that explains how to approach HACCP.
Because it is explained by industry, you can learn about HACCP that suits your facility.
Please feel free to join us.

This course is a reminder that it is not a practical training course for food hygiene managers.

 ※Those who are not in charge of food hygiene can also take the course.

※ You can also take the course.
※ After taking the "Basic Edition" common to all industries, you can take courses in any industry.

※For those who are already working on hygiene management that incorporates the concept of HACCP, we have also released a video of "Practical Edition (for small general restaurants)". This is a course for continuing to implement the hygiene management plan and effectively utilizing hygiene management that incorporates the concept of HACCP. Check it out!

About this e-learning

This is a practical training course for food hygiene managers for social welfare-related catering facilities organized by Health and Social Welfare Bureau and Child and Youth Bureau departments.
Only facilities registered in the list created by the responsible section in advance can take the course.
Regarding registration in the student list, please wait for the guidance from each department in charge.

If you have completed the e-learning course, you will be registered as having completed the workshop as usual.
