Confirmation of voluntary fire prevention and disaster prevention management system

 Due to measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, people living in condominiums and those who work at offices will often have different lifestyles and business forms than usual.

 Therefore, if you are managing condominiums and offices, please carry out a daily voluntary inspection of the facility appropriately and try to prevent fire.

 In addition, please refer to the next matter about conduct method of self-inspection.

1 For establishments that have appointed fire prevention managers and prepare firefighting plans, in addition to voluntary inspections stipulated in the firefighting plan.

2 For establishments that do not have a voluntary checklist stipulated in the firefighting plan, such as no obligation to appoint a fire prevention manager

About change of firefighting plan

 If there is a change in the contents of the fire plan at a business establishment where a fire prevention manager has been appointed, it is necessary to attach the fire plan created to the firefighting plan creation (change) registration form and notify the fire department in charge.

 Please utilize registration form and firefighting plan (creation example) necessary for report from this.

About acceptance of notification, application documents by mail

 Based on the impact of the new coronavirus infection, we will inform you of the procedures for mailing notification and application documents.

If you wish to reply a copy of the registration form, etc. with the fire department's registered seal or reception stamp.

 Please enclose the following documents and mail it.

  • Copy of reports, etc. (same as documents to be submitted to the fire department)
  • Reply envelope with the address and destination are described in advance, and a stamp required for reply.

Items to be confirmed in documents

  • Is there any omission of the report date (please specify the posting date) 。
  • Are there any omissions in the notifier/Applicant column?
  • Are there any errors in the registration form? If you have any questions, please contact the fire department.
  • Are there any omissions or omissions of documents required for notification?
