About confirmation of voluntary fire prevention and disaster prevention management system

 Due to measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, residents of condominiums and those who work in offices, etc. will often have different lifestyles and business forms than usual.

 Therefore, for everyone who manages condominiums and offices, etc., please carry out daily voluntary inspections of facilities appropriately and keep in mind fire prevention.

 In addition, please carry out about conduct method of self-inspection in reference to the next matter.

1 For establishments that have appointed a fire prevention manager and have created a fire plan, other than the voluntary inspections stipulated in the fire plan.
  Please utilize the fire prevention measures voluntary checklist (for objects with a duty to appoint a fire prevention manager) (PDF: 1,339KB) and carry out voluntary inspections.

2 For establishments that do not have a voluntary checklist specified in the fire plan, such as no obligation to appoint a fire prevention manager, etc.

About change of firefighting plan

 If there is a change in the contents of the fire plan at a business establishment where a fire prevention manager has been appointed, it is necessary to attach the fire plan created in registration form and notify the fire department in charge. .

About acceptance by mail of notification, application documents, etc.

 Based on the impact of COVID-19, we will inform you of the procedures for mailing notifications and application documents.

If you wish to reply to a copy of registration form, etc., with the registered seal of the fire department or the reception seal stamped.

 Please enclose the following documents and mail them.

  • Copy of notification, etc. (same as documents to be submitted to the fire department)
  • A reply envelope with the address and destination written in advance and a stamp required for reply attached.

  • Is there any omission of the report date? (Please indicate the posting date.) 。
  • Are there any omissions in the submitter / applicant column?
  • Are there any errors in the contents described in registration form? If you have any questions, please contact the fire department by phone.
  • Are there any omissions or omissions of documents required for notification, etc.?

  • Mailing can be done by ordinary mail, but please send it by registered mail etc. that can confirm arrival if necessary. Also, please specify the name of registration form on the envelope. (Example: “Firefighting equipment inspection results report is in progress”)
  • If there are any omissions or omissions of necessary documents in the notification, etc., it is necessary to add documents and submit missing documents. In these cases, we may instruct you to send it again.
  • As you may inquire about contents such as reports from fire department, please be sure to understand the name and contact information of person in charge.
  • In the case of submission by mail, the contents of the documents cannot be confirmed at the counter, as in the case of submission by bringing, so it may take some time to accept.
