Information on Thanksgiving Cards
What is a thank-you card?
Emergency services and fire brigades provide emergency services to the bystanders who provided first aid, and to inform them of the support system for mental stress that occurs after first aid is implemented. It is a card handed over at the site and disaster site.
Person who is targeted for distribution of thanks card
Distributed to bystanders who have given some first aid in contact with the victim (including moving to a safe place and managing position). In addition, if it is considered that great mental stress has occurred due to the situation at the site, it may be distributed as a guidance to the consultation desk, regardless of whether or not first aid is provided.
