Living welfare Fund Special loans for emergency small-lot funds and comprehensive support funds based on the impact of COVID-19 infection [finished as of the end of September 2022]

Based on the impact of the novel coronavirus infection, the Kanagawa Prefecture Japan National Council of Social Welfare provides special loans to those who are worried about living funds due to leave of absence or unemployment.

• Applications for "Emergency Small Funds" and "Comprehensive Support Fund (First Time)" have been closed on September 30, 2022 (postmark valid on the day).
• It currently takes several weeks from the loan decision to the transfer. Please contact the Kanagawa Prefecture Japan National Council of Social Welfare (045-534-6082) for the status of examination.
• Please refer to the following website for re-lending, extension of grace period, and exemption from redemption.
