City planning master plan is "basic policy about city planning" to establish based on the City Planning Act.

The Aoba Ward Town Development Guidelines, which is the Aoba Ward's Urban Planning Master Plan (= Ward Plan), was formulated in January 2002 as a policy for town development assuming the appearance of the ward around 2020 (Heisei 32).

In the meantime, the social situation in Aoba Ward's town development has changed, including the declining population and the advent of an aging society, and the revision of the Yokohama City Planning Master Plan, which is the premise of the ward plan in March 2013. Was.

To respond to these changes, Aoba Ward has revised the Aoba Ward Town Development GuidelinesAoba Ward on September 5, 2017.
