Urban Planning Master Plan Aoba Ward Plan “Aoba Ward Town Development Guidelines”

City planning master plan is "basic policy about city planning" to establish based on the City Planning Act.

In January 2002, the Aoba Ward Town Development Guidelines, a master plan for urban planning in Aoba Ward, was formulated in January 2002 as a policy for town planning based on the appearance of the ward around 2020, and more than 10 years have passed since then.

Meanwhile, the social situation in promoting Aoba Ward's town development has changed, including the advent of a declining population and an aging society, and the revision of the Yokohama City Urban Planning Master Plan, which is the premise of the ward plan, in March 2013.

To respond to these changes, Aoba Ward has revised the Aoba Ward Community Development Guidelines for five years since fiscal 2013, and revised the Aoba Ward Community Development Guidelines on September 5, 2017.

※The booklet will be distributed at the Ward Administration Promotion Division Aoba Ward (4th floor, 73rd floor, Aoba Ward Office) and the Aoba Ward Office 1st floor. (The number is limited.)

Opinion solicitation on the original draft of the revision was conducted from December 2016 to January 2017.
